Mrs. Lacayo was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. A lifelong learner with a passion for gaining new knowledge, she enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks, practicing yoga, swimming, and playing volleyball and ping-pong. She is married to Jason, and together they have three children: an older son and two daughters. As a family, they love traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time together. She is deeply committed to empowering her students by fostering confidence, boosting motivation, and helping them believe in their own potential. For Mrs. Lacayo, the most rewarding part of teaching is witnessing the positive transformation and growth in her students each day. She views education as an opportunity to give back to the world—shaping a brighter future by empowering her students to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams.
