My name is Dan He, and I am excited to be a part of this wonderful school community. I earned my master’s degree from Chongqing University in China and have 13 years of experience working with students(5 years in China, 1 year in Italy and 7 years in the United States). I am passionate about creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I also love exploring new educational ideas, attending community events, and finding creative ways to make learning fun.

I look forward to partnering with students and families to make this a successful and memorable school year!

Isabel Lopez | Teacher

La maestra López es originaria de Sinaloa, México. Su familia se trasladó a California cuando tenía alrededor de diez años. Inició sus estudios en México y los completó en California. Asistió a la Universidad Brigham Young en Utah, donde obtuvo su licenciatura en docencia. Comenzó su carrera docente en California, enseñando clases de kinder, antes de mudarse a Utah en 2010.

En Utah, comenzó a trabajar con estudiantes de cuarto grado antes de trasladarse a Lava Ridge, donde enseña a estudiantes de sexto y séptimo grado. Desde entonces, ha estado enseñando clases de inmersión en español. Disfruta mucho trabajar con los estudiantes y ayudarles a mejorar en el idioma. También tiene un gran interés en la fotografía, especialmente de la naturaleza, como flores, nubes y montañas. Sin embargo, lo que más disfruta es pasar tiempo con su familia.
