Mindi Matheson

Mrs. Matheson, a native of St. George, has dedicated 30 years to teaching in Washington County. Alongside her husband, she shares a family filled with love, including three beautiful daughters, two amazing sons-in-law, and Lily, their beloved Maltipoo (undoubtedly the favorite child). With the anticipation of becoming a first-time grandma in July, Mrs. Matheson eagerly awaits the new addition to her family.

Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Matheson finds joy in spending quality time with her family, particularly traveling and visiting the lake every summer. She also has a passion for reading and a deep love for playing pickleball. Her favorite treats include cinnamon bears, gummy bears, and street tacos.

Entering her 5th year at Lava Ridge, Mrs. Matheson looks forward to continuing her journey with the school community.
